Tickets > General Terms & Conditions
Each festival stage cannot accommodate all ticket holders simultaneously. Admission to all events will therefore be on a first come first served basis, so please arrive early at any events you are eager to see! If one venue is full there will always be room at another event.
Marquee Stage 1 is a mixture of seating and standing. Marquee Stage 2 is standing only (or sitting on the floor). The Indoor Stage is seated but capacity is limited.
We do not sell specific event/artist tickets.
Tickets are not transferable.
Wristbands cannot be replaced if lost and will be fitted on to your wrist when you arrive.
Please keep your booking confirmation email safe. Bring it with you when you come to the festival because you will need to exchange it for your wristbands when you arrive. Wristbands cannot be issued without your booking confirmation.
We regret that dogs (except guide dogs) cannot be admitted – a significant part of the site is in the grounds of William Howard School.
